"Al 2 weken wachten op mijn bestelling..."

Ik ben nu al 2 weken aan het wachten op een waardevolle bestelling van Four Amsterdam. Ik heb vriendelijk gevraagd om een onderzoek in te stellen naar de bezorger (UPS). Volgens Hannah van Four duurt dat 2 weken. Echt belachelijk, want ik heb vaker met dit probleem te maken gehad en het kan natuurlijk veel sneller. Ze schuiven de verantwoordelijkheid af op UPS, terwijl ik echt geen bestelling bij UPS doe. De service is echt teleurstellend.
